Wells Gray Information Centre
The hub of visitor-service in Wells Gray Country is the Info Centre
It has been called the "friendliest info centre in B.C." You'll find it just off Highway 5 in Clearwater, at the intersection with Clearwater Valley Road (which leads into Wells Gray Park).The Info Centre provides free maps of the Wells Gray Park with up to date information on trail conditions, weather, and accommodation and activity availability. There is also a free booking-agency, with friendly and knowledgeable staff whose sole aim is to ensure you gain the most of your time in Wells Gray Country. We look forward to your visit!
The building also houses a SuperNatural BC information desk, operated by the Clearwater Chamber of Commerce, which is able to help you with visitor-information about this area and elsewhere in BC.
The Info Centre is generally open from mid May to mid October, seven days a week, from 9.00am to 6.30pm. Hours are longer from June through into September.
